Protecting Files and Confidential Records
Client files, tax records and patient charts are the items you can't afford to lose or mix. We pack them in sealed, numbered cartons with a chain-of-custody sheet your nominated person signs at both ends. They travel separately from general furniture and are opened only by your team at the destination.

How long does an office move take?
A small office of 10–15 desks can move in one weekend. A floor of 60+ workstations with server racks usually needs two to three days including reconnect. Planning starts at least three weeks before.
Can we move without stopping work?
Yes. Most of our corporate clients move over Friday evening to Sunday night so staff return to a working office Monday. Critical servers are shifted last and reconnected first.
How are confidential files protected?
Files stay in sealed, numbered cartons with a chain-of-custody sheet. Only your nominated person opens them at the new site. We don't mix client records with general cargo.
